ERIN LERCH (they/them) (Writer/Co-Producer)

Erin Lerch is a Boston-area playwright and stage manager who can’t/won’t stop writing deeply queer sci-fi. They recently appeared on ArtsBoston’s July 2020 list of 10 Boston Playwrights You Should Know. Their most recent play, SHRIKE, was written and developed through Company One Theatre's PlayLab Fellows program, and will be developed further with Fresh Ink Theatre in Fall 2020. Their play CROSSING FLIGHT (first in the LEGION CYCLE) had its world premiere in Boston at TC Squared Theatre Company in January 2018. Their short play WORLD LINE had a full staged reading with Blunt Objects Theatre Company in New Orleans, and was presented online as part of TC Squared’s VOLUME UP Virtual Reading series in summer 2020. Erin’s ten minute plays (which include RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY and DON’T LOOK BACK) have been read and produced in Texas, West Virginia, Florida, Washington, and throughout Massachusetts.

JOSH GLENN-KAYDEN (he/him) (Director/Co-Producer)

Josh is the Artistic Associate and Casting Director at Company One Theatre and a Boston based director and producer. Recent directing projects include BALTIMORE by Kirsten Greenidge (UMass Amherst), workshops of WALDEN by Amy Berryman and THE INTERROBANGERS by M Sloth Levine (UMass Playlab), GREATER GOOD by Kirsten Greenidge (A.R.T. & Company One co-production, associate director), the world premiere of THIS PLACE/DISPLACED (Artists’ Theater of Boston, ArtsFuse Best Stage Productions of 2018), the New England premiere of THE LYONS by Nicky Silver (Titanic Theatre), and the world premiere of DON’T GIVE UP THE SHIP by Laura Neill (Fresh Ink Theatre). Josh has also directed and developed new work for the American Repertory Theater, Company One Theatre, Flat Earth Theatre, the Museum of Science, UMass Amherst, Open Theatre Project, the One Minute Play Festival, and TC Squared Theatre Company. Assistant directing credits include productions at Company One Theatre and the A.R.T. Josh holds a BA in Drama from Tufts University and is currently pursuing an MFA in Directing at UMass Amherst.
